1. Overview
This website is operated by NomNest (“we”, “us”, “our”). By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, including the additional policies referenced in them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to buy from this store. By ordering, you confirm you are purchasing as an adult for use under adult supervision.

3. Products
We make every effort to display our products accurately, but we can’t guarantee that your screen reproduces colors exactly. Product images are illustrative. Dimensions are approximate and may vary slightly between production runs. Specifications are provided by our manufacturer and may be updated without notice.

4. Intended use — please read before first use
NomNest feeders are silicone squeeze feeders intended for feeding smooth purees, mashed fruit and vegetables, yogurt and thin cereal to infants and toddlers who have begun eating solid foods.

• Adult supervision is required at all times. Never leave a baby or child unattended with the product, and never allow a child to feed themselves with it unsupervised.
• This is not a toy and must not be used as one. Keep it out of reach when not in use.
• It is not a bottle, pacifier, teether or nipple substitute and must not be used for those purposes.
• Inspect the product before every use. Stop using it immediately and discard it if you notice any tear, split, crack, bite mark, discoloration or change in texture of the silicone or the spoon tip.
• Only use foods of a suitable texture for your child’s stage. Chunky, fibrous or very thick foods can block the spoon tip or create a choking risk.
• Check food temperature before feeding. Do not microwave, boil, sterilize by boiling, place in a dishwasher’s bottom rack, or expose the product to a direct heat source or open flame unless our product instructions specifically say you can.
• Follow your pediatrician’s guidance. Decisions about when to start solids, and what foods and textures are appropriate for your child, are between you and your child’s healthcare provider.

Nothing on this site is medical advice. We are not healthcare providers, and our product descriptions, content and support replies are not a substitute for professional medical or nutritional advice. If your child has a medical condition, allergy, feeding difficulty, or any history of choking or swallowing problems, speak to your pediatrician before using this or any feeding product.

5. Cleaning and care
Clean the product before first use and after every use as described in the product instructions. Do not modify, cut, repair or alter the product in any way. Do not use it with any accessory, lid or part not supplied by us.

6. Pricing and payment
Prices are in USD and may change without notice. Promotional pricing, bundle offers and automatic discounts apply only while displayed and only to the quantities and products stated. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or that were placed at a price listed in error. If we cancel an order, we’ll refund you in full.

7. Returns and refunds
Our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. Please read it before ordering, as it sets out the return window, what qualifies for a refund, and what we need from you to process one.

8. Shipping
Our Shipping Policy forms part of these Terms. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and delivery then takes approximately 7–15 business days. Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier delays, weather and peak periods.

9. Warranty disclaimer
Our products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except those that cannot be excluded under applicable law. We don’t warrant that a product will be fit for any particular purpose beyond its ordinary intended use as described in section 4.

10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a product or your use of this site is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of profits, or for any injury, illness, damage or loss arising from misuse, use contrary to the instructions or section 4 above, use of a damaged or worn product, feeding foods unsuitable for your child’s stage, or lack of adult supervision.

Some jurisdictions don’t allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages or implied warranties, so parts of sections 9 and 10 may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. User content
If you submit a review, photo, video or other content to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce and display it in connection with our business. You confirm the content is your own and doesn’t infringe anyone else’s rights, and that any person shown in it (or their parent or guardian) has consented. We may remove content at our discretion.

12. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including the NomNest name, logo, text, images and video — is our property or used under license, and may not be reproduced without written permission.

13. Third-party links and services
Our site may link to third-party websites or services. We’re not responsible for their content, privacy practices or availability, and their own terms apply to your use of them.

14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The version posted on this page at the time you order is the version that applies to that order.

15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
